The onboarding team is working with the board to ensure a smooth transition with minimal impact on your community's daily operations. Owner accounts are still being finalized. Property owners will receive a new unique account number, instructions for accessing a new resident portal, and details on paying association fees.  If you have not received this information contact FSR.

The process of transferring association records between management companies is extensive and typically spans a few months. As we embark on this transition, we wish to draw your attention to the following key points to help you prepare for the upcoming weeks:  

• Current Automatic Payments: Please cancel any automatic payments currently scheduled for payment on or after October 31, 2024.
• Late Fee Waiver: In consideration of the transition period, late fees will be waived for November payments. This will provide owners with ample time to establish new payment methods and review their account details for accuracy.  
• Account Balance Reconciliation: If you have an existing credit or balance with the outgoing management company, this will be reflected in your new FirstService Residential account once October transactions are reconciled, and account histories are shared with our team. We anticipate account balances will be updated in our system by the end of our first month of management.
